Description of problem
A notification is sent to the portal admin when an unapproved user requests a password reset (See this). In some cases, this notification is a nuisance.
Description of solution
Add a portal setting, similar to PortalSettings.EnableRegisterNotification
, that would enable/disable this notification.
Description of alternatives considered
Changing the configured admin email to an unmonitored inbox. Not a good solution as there are good reasons to have this set to a monitored email.
