KTouch Drills incompatible with 2.3.0

KTouch is unable to import the KTouch lesson files for Norman as the KTouch XML lesson schema appears to have changed. 

KTouch produces the following error:

Error XSDError in file:///usr/bin/ktouch, at line 1, column 15: No definition for element KTouchLecture available.
