Separate requirements.txt for production #50

Description
Should we add some requirements-prod.txt for the server that looks something like:
-r requirements.txt
django-auth-ldap==2.2.0
mysqlclient==2.0.1This way, we wouldn't need to install the native LDAP and MySQL/MariaDB anymore for every local install
