Using TECH-SIM in Genius-TCAD-Open

Hello,
I can't manage to use any TECH-SIM specific commands (like DIFF, ODE etc...) in GENIUS-TCAD-OPEN although I thought is was build-in since the release 0.47. Is that correct ?
If yes how to enable that ? is that through DOPING TYPE command ?
Is there a GENIUS-TCAD-OPEN user manual available?
