Plex import bugs on user with _ on end of username

Problem Description:

Plex user with underscores on end of name fail to import.
Example name: _testuser_

Reproduction Steps:

Have a user on your plex server with a name like _username_
Try to import users from Plex server
Import will fail for that particular user

Side note: You absolutely can add a local user with the same convention, without any issues. Note that this user was imported into Overseerr / Ombi without issue.

Unfortunately, nothing. Docker logs show nothing,
The log screen is a bit interesting (we did some fiddling around)
When he first attempted to login, it told him wrong password, and the logs showed "Guest"

I checked the user list, and he wasn't there - did another import, and he still didn't show up at all.
