Build fails on Mac OS X

I tried building it on Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion, 64-bit Intel) and found the following error:

Writing index.html for book
sed -i 's/xmlns:fo[^ ]*//g' book-en/*.html
sed: 1: "book-en/apa.html": undefined label 'ook-en/apa.html'
make: *** [book-en] Error 1

This has been fixed by Oliver Ferrigni.
