Enable default prefixes in bald lib

There are a set of prefixes used in the bald lib to encode graphs, e.g. bald__ and rdf__/rdfs__

Currently users are required to specify these prefixes in the CDL/nc files. Would be good to have a set of default prefixes predefined and used in the bald lib.
