Document upload in the transaction form

In the transaction form (Add Transaction overlay and the Import view), add the possibility to directly add/choose documents (statements) to add.

I frequently add transactions, and then have to go to the Journal to add PDFs to them, so this would integrate the upload/file-choosing in the form.
