Unable to see budgets

I upgraded recently to Beancount version 3.1.0 and Fava 1.30, and now I can't figure out how to see budget information that used to work in the older version.

I've tried the sample site that I found when I was searching through GitHub issues for this repository, and I can't work out how to see the budgets in there, either:

Has there been a change in the way that budgets need to be coded or visualised?

Where are you missing the budgets? They are visible in e.g. the monthly account reports like https://fava.pythonanywhere.com/example-with-budgets/account/Expenses:Food/?time=2016&r=changes or the bar chart on the income statement.

I can get the roughly view that I'm looking for by editing the URL you provided:

https://fava.pythonanywhere.com/example-with-budgets/account/Expenses/?time=2016&r=changes

I wonder if there's a way to get it from a menu without editing the URL?

I haven't got the old version installed anymore, but I recall that I could see the budget from the "Income Statement" page, rather than the account page. The help documentation also says to go to the "Income Statement" page, not the account page, so that backs up what I recall.
