add average (and maybe other quantiles) to bar charts

When exploring expenses (or any other account, really) with bar charts, it would be very useful to add horizontal bars displaying the average and possibly other quantiles (e.g., 10/90%). That would allow to visually see which time period has been above/below average or quantiles.
