Contributors: Did you consent to the License change?

This Commit: 8269f39 made me realize that a lot of the changes that have been made with the downgrade from LGPL to BSL have been affecting contributors.

But I don't see any official acknowledgement that those Contributors have agreed to those changes. And it seems that the one who stood up to it, has been deemed irrelevant and just had their code removed.

Don't get me wrong, the License change might have been fine, but doing it without asking for approval from the contributors is insane.
