Readme.md section detailing configuration properties contains subset of options shown in config.json

The readme should be updated to contain the superset of configuration options available to users.

For example, 'skipWebClips' is a configuration option listed in the config.json file. However, it is not present in the Readme.md table elaborating on config options.
