Extend number of core formats with supported by native Android APIs

Android 4.4+ supports FLAC, M4A and OGG natively ([MediaFormat](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/media/MediaFormat) and [MediaCodec](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/media/MediaCodec)).
