Plot picked dispersion curves

In 'msnoise p tomo plot' the dispersion curves are concatenated then plotted. It would be nice to add NaNs in between each dispersion curve concatenation so that the endpoint of one curve is not linked to the first point of the next curve. That would make the plot much nicer.
