Add note to README about repo maintainance

TL;DR — I'll be around to review and merge PRs, but may not have the time to fix issues / write code myself!

Also, looking for co-maintainers so I'm not a single point of failure when it comes to merging PRs (like the old maintainer, tailhook was!)
