Rename de project using name convention

Rename the project with the convention name of starters project( opa-spring-boot-starter).
This can improve the search in github because normaly this pattern is used by community.
Improving the visibility of project and getting mor help by the community.

spring-boot libraries usually have 2 types of modules:

• autoconfigure: contains everything that is necessary to get started with the library. It includes spring-boot related code e.g. configuration classes & properties.
  • Example: cxf-spring-boot-autoconfigure-4.1.0.jar
• starter(s): The starter is really an empty jar. Its only purpose is to provide the necessary dependencies to work with the library. You can think of it as an opinionated view of what is required to get started.
  • Examples: cxf-spring-boot-starter-jaxrs-4.1.0.jar & cxf-spring-boot-starter-jaxws-4.1.0.jar

The main goal of a starter module (which is an empty jar) is to make dependency management easier, if the target library has many optional dependencies (which I think is not the case for this library). I assume this library is an autoconfigure module. Therefore if there is a renaming plan for this library, I would suggest to rename:

• groupId: com.styra.opa -> com.styra
• artifactId: springboot -> opa-spring-boot-autoconfigure
