Expected Behavior

Once the Save button is clicked, it should become disabled until new changes are made or new values are selected.

Actual Behavior

When the Save button is clicked, it remains enabled even though no new values have been selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose any group.
2. Click on the three dots.
3. Click on Notification Preferences.
4. Observe the Save button.
