nixos/nix-daemon: Flake inputs with dir parameter broken

Describe the bug

Nix version 2.24.12 (current default) has a bug where supplying the dir parameter doesn't work. This breaks all inputs using such functionality.

Steps to reproduce

nix flake clone git+ssh://git@github.com/NixOS/nix?dir=tests/functional/ca/flake.nix --dest test

Expected behaviour

The repo should be cloned successfully.
