spotifyd: maintainer needed

spotifyd (https://nixos.wiki/wiki/Spotify#Spotifyd) needs an active maintainer. I am not currently using it on NixOS systems (but I might in the future).

There is one open pull request that I currently cannot act on:

Could you submit a PR removing yourself from the module and package maintainers, as that will make it more obvious to people changing the code that someone needs to step up?

I added myself as maintainer for the module in my PR #342913
