Attach explicit documentation to Atomic* classes

I was looking up the KDoc for AtomicBoolean.lazySet from the common source set, and noticed all its functions simply say "Maps to... ". It would be an ok strategy if the linked resources worked:

But overall, I think it would just be better to add proper documentation, even if it's a copy-paste.
