Cannot create DokkaTask with name `dokka`

Creating a DokkaTask with name dokka will not work, because of the dokkaPlugin default configuration.

Hi @sellmair, I know it's been a while but would you be able to expand on this issue? I'm not sure what the issue or desired outcome is. Should users be able to create a dokka task if they have the DGP applied? Or is DGP prevented from creating a dokka task? If so, why is that desired?

I'm asking because I'm classifying all of the issues that will be fixed by the new DGP, or should be fixed in the future.
