Aliases displayed in duplicate when saving/submitting proposals

Deleted aliases are still displayed after saving or submitting clarification proposals. The deleted alias still appears when using the Details action in the Submitting Organization, Register Manager and Control Body folders. However, it does not appear in the summary in the Registry Manager's Review action nor in the Control Body's Decide action.
