Datum attributes not displayed in proposal groups

For a datum item proposal imported as part of a proposal group (e.g., the proposal "geodetic_register_content_template_v3_china_20200519.xlsx" presently in the Submitter Organization folder), the Details action does not display the ellipsoid and the prime meridian specified for the datum. The information is given in the WKT output and so have been imported.
