Incomplete URL in email invitations for discussions

When sending email invitations to discussions of a proposal after selecting the Discussion action (by either the Submitter before submitting the proposal or by the Control Body after submission), the URL for the link to the discussion is incomplete in the email. The "https://" is missing from the beginning of the URL.

This is a similar bug to that in close issue #25.

I can copy/paste the link into a web browser and it will automatically add the missing https:// but none of my mail clients (on MacBook, iPhone and iPad) can use the link.

By the way, while in my Mac mail client (Apple Mail,) when I copy the link (right- or ctrl-click on it and select Copy Link) the URL copied to the clipboard is:

No idea what that first part is.
