We have added CodeLists that were generated automatically from the UML by ShapeChange into the resources/Codelist directory. These are currently implemented as GML Dictionaries which is different than in ISO 19115 where they were implemented as CT_CodelistCatalogues. Is it worthwhile to implement them both ways?
