Justification: Changes to referenced standards. Typographic errors.
Proposal: 4.2 coordinate reference system - Definition was changed when ISO 19111:2003 was superseded by ISO 19111:2007. Adopt new definition in ISO 19111:2007

4.4 geographic information - Change reference to ISO 19101-1:2014

4.9 portrayal - Change reference to ISO 19117:2012

4.12 server - A definition should not begin with an article. Delete 'a' at the start of the definition.
