Justification: Changes to referenced standards. Typographic errors.
Proposal: 4.1.6 coordinate reference system - Definition changed when ISO 19111:2003 was superseded by ISO 19111:2007. Adopt new definition in ISO 19111:2007

4.1.15 feature - There appears to be a typographic error at the start of the definition (inclusion of the character "0").

4.1.15 feature - Change reference to ISO 19101-1:2014

4.1.16 feature attribute - Change reference to ISO 19101-1:2014

4.1.17 function - In the definition, include a comma after the word 'source' (as included in 19107 and other standards).
