Future version of 19130-3 possible addition revision

In ISO 19130-1, matrixElements is defined as an "element of the 3-by-3 rotation matrix." In order to rigorously encode it, a new data type, "attitudeMatrix_Type," is introduced in 19130-3.
Future usage of SWE: Matrix (SWE comon OGC 08-094rq1) and / or ISO 19103 addition of Matrix type will be considered in order to avoid the definition of this resource.

This was present in ISO/DIS 19103 but has been removed again from ISO/FDIS 19103. This can potentially be added in the new common types package.
