Profile cleaning

There is no ISO/TC 211-profile in the HM. Stereotypes have been used from other profiles. Need cleaning.

1. Create profile with all stereotypes and tags used by ISO/TC 211
2. Update all models to refer to the correct profile.
3. Add profile import and use to HMMG wiki documentation.

A complete ISO/TC 211 profile based on ISO 19103, ISO 19109 and ISO 19136 is available on https://github.com/ISO-TC211/HMMG/blob/master/EA/ISOTC211_Profile.xml (ref commit a3640c3).
I have imported the profile to the editorial project.

Left to do: Fix erroneous profile references from each standard.

This looks good - I think we can script a bulk update for this - I will look into this and will add follow-up comments.
