Revisit the boosting video

Our current [boosting slides](https://inria.github.io/scikit-learn-mooc/ensemble/boosting_slides.html) explain the AdaBoost algorithm. In a RL discussion with @glemaitre and @ogrisel we mentioned that it would be nice to remake the first part of the video to directly explain the gradient boosting algorithms.
