Big delay in pipeline execution

Hello,

Using CamillaDSP, v3.0.0 on Fedora core 41.

I'm using a configuration with pulse audio inputs and outputs (virtual sinks) and just copying the 2 channels in to out (simplification of the crossover example).

After fixing the PA connections issue (see #395), I have a strange behavior: audio comes out after 2/3 seconds delay. No sound is lost, just a delay.

I do not think it's related to the PA connection issues (I've tested to link the source to the PA virtual sink and there is no delay), but I do not know how to investigate further. Log is not showing any issue or warning.

What can I do to further understand what is going on? (very likely on my side - such a problem could not get unnoticed!)
