[Cascade] Korean IME composition text disappears while typing

Bug Description

When typing Korean text in the Cascade panel's input field, the characters disappear during the composition phase (while still forming syllables), before they can be committed. This only occurs in the Cascade panel - Korean input works correctly in Windsurf's main editors.

Environment

• OS: Ubuntu 24.10
• Desktop Environment: Unity
• IBus Version: 1.5.30
• Windsurf Version: 1.94.0 (a3033f77)
• Input Method: ibus-hangul

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Windsurf
2. Switch to Korean input method
3. Try typing Korean text in the Cascade panel's input field
4. Observe that characters disappear while still in composition phase (before pressing space/enter)

Expected Behavior

• Korean characters should remain visible during IME composition
• Characters should only commit when pressing space/enter or clicking away

Actual Behavior

• Korean characters disappear while still being composed
• Unable to complete Korean text input in Cascade panel

Additional Notes

• The issue is specific to the Cascade panel
• Main editor windows handle Korean IME input correctly
• IBus and Korean input method are properly configured (as evidenced by working correctly in other parts of Windsurf)
