Description
It would be useful to have a CPU-only rendering backend (no GPU required).
Use cases include:
- Running in CI
- Rendering images on a server
- Lower memory footprint when running on desktop/mobile
A possible implementation strategy is a renderer based on Skia or Tiny-Skia.
