.net 4.8 target framework is not generating interceptors

Describe the bug

We are trying to use [Column] and [UseColumnAttribute] to support mapping of column to Enum column

Where are you seeing this?

• what Dapper.AOT latest version?

To Reproduce
Example code; SQL/C# as appropriate

Expected behavior
Interceptor is generated during build or error is thrown
