Add Activity Filter

It would be nice to have a select list that's data-driven.  It dynamically loads activity types based on what's in the database.  

By default, it would be "All Activities" on page load, but one could choose one or more checkboxes in the select list to filter the data.  For example, what if I wanted to see the leaderboard only show us data based on GitHub commits, comments, and pull requests?
