Avatar improvements

Describe the bug

• Default avatar seems to be 50x50
• Move avatar sizing to template as the template is styled for a certain size and it's cumbersome to have to go into the settings to get the template to render correctly.

I would prefer something like [AF:PROFILE:AVATAR:250]

Are you using the community-default template with version 08.00.01?
Did you try going into the Forum settings and set the avatar size to 250px?

@gnossosp wanted to find out which DNN theme and forum theme you are using? There should be space between author and messages

IMO we should remove the Setting and leave this to the Theme..

Thanks so much for looking at this. At this point I'm convinced that I've done something stupid and appreciate you looking at this. I don't think there is anything that needs to be fixed.

Installed extension on separate instance and all is working properly.
