TASK: Review and repair any UI issues to support DNN 10

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Functionally, DNN Community Forums 8.2.4 should work correctly with DNN 10 based on preliminary testing against RC1.
However, there are some UI issues that need to be examined and addressed, either within the Forums module or DNN 10.

FYI, I tested my own (Bootstrap 4 & 5) skins and Xcillion and apart form one button being black instead of grey I did not notice anything yet.
