Allow specifying infantry cell spot

Infantry can occupy one of three (technically five, but spots 0 and 1 are deprecated) "spots" within a cell. While WAE correctly places infantry at valid spots, at the moment there's no option to specify the exact spot you want an infantry to stand on. This could be presented as an option in the infantry properties.
