`351ELEC` not compatible with `JELOS`

Since `351ELEC` has forked into `PineappleELEC` and [`JELOS`](https://github.com/JustEnoughLinuxOS).

It may be worth cloning the existing `351ELEC` pack for `JELOS`, since the changes are only minor:
1. Everything in `/Machines/MSX`, `/Machines/MSX2`, and `/Machines/MSX2+` needs to end in `.ROM` (all caps)
2. Everything in `/Machines/quasi88/` needs to end in `.ROM` (all caps)
